1. Registration

You can register with us free of charge as a home seeker. The registration form can be found under the heading “registration”. We will then contact you and discuss your housing requirements and our working method. Once that has happened, we will immediately and specifically look for a home that matches your profile.

2. Viewing (s)

If we have found one or more suitable homes, we will schedule a viewing with you. This is possible at a time when it suits you and we try to plan several homes on the same day immediately after each other. A specialist of ours always comes along.

3. Rent a house

When you have chosen a home, we ask you to send a number of documents. With this we will introduce you as a candidate to the landlord. If the landlord agrees, we schedule an appointment to sign the lease. This takes place at the office of Vlug Wonen at 127 Kuipersdijk in Enschede.


Then we go to the house together for the key transfer. At that moment we do the check-in: we note the meter readings, the condition of the house and any defects.

Our goal is to find a nice home to your liking in a pleasant - and quick way. Quality is extremely important to us. That is why we take care of the entire process from A to Z carefully and neatly!
